Clinical Study #1 – Clinical Study of Flobian at the syndrom of Irritable Colone
A controlled, double-blind, randomized study on the eficacyof Lactobacillus plantarum 299V
in patients with irritablle bowel syndrome Krzysztof Niedzielina, Hubert Kordeckia and Bozena Birkenfeldb European Journal of Gastroenterology & Hepatology 2001, 13:1143±1147
Self grading, stomach pain, frequency and consistency of the stool and flatulence
Duration of study: 4 weeks
Design of the clinical study: 40 patients
Placebo group: 20 patients – 5 males, 15 females
Flobian test group: 20 patients – 3 males,17 females
• None of the patients in the test group didn’t have stomach pains
• 80% of the patients in the placebo group still suffered from stomach pains
• None side effects noticed in the test group (Lp299v)
FLOBIAN has a positive effect on the stomach pain with the patients who have irritable colone syndrome.
% percentage of people with abdominal pain
at the end of the study
•95% patients in the test group (Lp299 v) had substantial improvement of all symptoms of irritable colone (partially or completely) – pain, constipation diarrhea and flatulence.
•Only 15% of the patients in the placebo group noticed the improvement in the same symptoms of irritable colone.
• Viewed from the point of statistics this is substantially large difference.
FLOBIAN has positive effects on all symptoms of irritable colone (pain, constipation diarrhea and flatulence)
Clinical Study #2 – Clinical study of the product Flobian in the therapy of the syndrom of Irritable colone
Alteration of Intestinal Microflora Is Associated With Reduction in Abdominal Bloating and Pain in Patients With Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Jednom nedeljno Visuelna Analogna Skala (VAS): sve funkcije GIT-a, defekacija, bol, i nadutost
Trajanje studije: 1 godina , Trajanje tretmana: 4 nedelje , Ponovna kontrola ispitanika: Nakon 12 meseci
Number of tested patients: 60 (8 patients were excluded from the study)
Placebo group : 27 patients,7 males i 20 females
Test group : 25 patients, 9 males i 16 females
44% treated patients showed signs of reduced flatulence.
Only 18% of the patients in the placebo group noticed the reduction of flatulence.
Reduced excessive gasses.
FLOBIAN has positive effect on the reduction of flatulence at the test group
• Reduction of abdominal pain was three times lower and more efficient compared to the placebo group.
• Substantially improved defecation in the test group compared to the placebo group.
Flobian has positive effect on on defecation at the patients diagnosed with irritable colone.
• Patients in the test group had substantially better gastrointestinal functions (flatulence, gases, abdominal pain, constipation and or diarrhea)
Flobian has positive effect on all gastrointestinal functions of patients diagnosed with syndrom of irritable colone.
FLOBIAN: Scientifically proven efficiency!
At patients with syndrom of Irritable Colone:
- Reduction of abdominal pain
- Repairing all gastrointestinal functions
- Reduction of flatulence
- Regenerates the function of defecation
