Tested parameters
Self grading, stomach pain, frequency and consistency of the stool and flatulence
Duration of study: 4 weeks
Design of the clinical study: 40 patients
Placebo group: 20 patients – 5 males, 15 females
Flobian test group: 20 patients – 3 males,17 females
• None of the patients in the test group didn’t have stomach pains
• 80% of the patients in the placebo group still suffered from stomach pains
• None side effects noticed in the test group (Lp299v)
FLOBIAN has a positive effect on the stomach pain with the patients who have irritable colone syndrome.

•95% patients in the test group (Lp299 v) had substantial improvement of all symptoms of irritable colone (partially or completely) – pain, constipation diarrhea and flatulence.
•Only 15% of the patients in the placebo group noticed the improvement in the same symptoms of irritable colone.
• Viewed from the point of statistics this is substantially large difference.
FLOBIAN has positive effects on all symptoms of irritable colone (pain, constipation diarrhea and flatulence)

Results
• Reduction of abdominal pain was three times lower and more efficient compared to the placebo group.
• Substantially improved defecation in the test group compared to the placebo group.
Flobian has positive effect on on defecation at the patients diagnosed with irritable colone.
• Patients in the test group had substantially better gastrointestinal functions (flatulence, gases, abdominal pain, constipation and or diarrhea)
Flobian has positive effect on all gastrointestinal functions of patients diagnosed with syndrom of irritable colone.
